How do you know what I need?

Once you're a member we'll do a complete home walkthrough and catalog everything that we need to know.

How do I reach you?

We've found that most of our members prefer WhatsApp or calling for urgent requests so we have a dedicated WhatsApp/phone line - 845.459.7165.

If you're a member you can also submit a request through your account portal or through our app.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

There would be no charge to modify your plan within your subscription period.

Is there anything else that you offer?

Yes! We can manage all of your vendors with our Vendor Management Program.

How long do I need to subscribe for?

It's a monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime.

Can you cut my grass?

With our Vendor Management Program we can manage all of your home maintenance. That means that we'll find a reputable landscaper (and ensure they're there on time every time). The Vendor Management Fee depends on your Nest Protect package.

What's a "Vendor Management Fee"?

We know that each homeowner has unique needs. We try to cover varying degrees of home services in our subscriptions. But if you need other services at your home we know you'll want that taken care of as well. While your responsible for the final cost of the service we'll make sure that it's done correctly, on time, and we'll see them out. The Vendor Management Fee depends on your Nest Protect package.

How should I prep my home for winter?

Insulate pipes, seal windows and doors, check heating systems, and clean the chimney.

You'll also want to ensure that any outdoor water systems are drained and that your hose bibs have no water.

Do I need to clean the exterior of my home?

While some facade types require more maintenance than others. All should be cleaned periodically to extend the lifespan of the product and keep your home looking clean.

How often should I perform home maintenance tasks?

  • HVAC Filters should be replaced quarterly (or sooner)

  • Hot water tank drained and cleaned yearly

  • Smoke detector batteries replaced every 6 months and devices replaced as needed

  • Ducts cleaned periodically.

  • Roof inspected every few years etc. or just become a member today

What's the best way to avoid ruining my HVAC systems?
 

Regular Preventative Maintenance. 

Do my gutters really need to be cleaned?

That depends. If you have trees that are taller than your roof, then we recommend cleaning your gutters annually. Without regular cleaning they can get clogged and water won’t drain properly.

Do I need to clean or replace the filter in my dishwasher?

If you're confused because you didn't know your dishwasher had a filter sign up.
Some dishwashers have a "self clean" for the filter some don't. It depends on your make/model.
